Shipping: Fluance.com uses UPS carrier service exclusively for orders. Orders for products placed before 12:00pm (EST) will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS ground, or UPS standard services. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or pick-up) and deliveries will require signature for release.

All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted. Fluance.com will only ship orders within the United States and Canada. Fluance.com does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO or overseas addresses. All items are shipped insured. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS.

Freight costs are calculated based on UPS rates and reflect the total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card info.

The easiest way to calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. Prior to processing the order, the exact shipping cost will be shown.
