Thank you for your interest in the Fluance International Order Program. We accept international orders for all items offered on this site. If you are interested in placing an international order paid via bank wire transfer include the following information with your inquiry:

  • Forward us your full name, company info, contact information, telephone number, fax number, email address, and shipping address so that we may process this transaction. We will send you your invoice with payment instructions after receiving the requested information.
  • Please let us know the product(s) Item Model Number and quantity you are inquiring about.
  • We can ship your order via UPS or POST MAIL. Please let us know which shipping method you prefer and we will send you a shipping quotation. Select both if you would like to compare costs.
  • Please note that the only payment method for international orders accepted on this site is bank wire transfer. Minimum order value requirement for orders paid via bank wire transfer is $300. There is a $25 fee for all orders paid via bank wire transfer.

    • We ship within 72 hours of receiving payment and you will receive your purchase within 4 to 7 business days for UPS shipments and 2 to 6 weeks for POST MAIL shipments. Your government charges such as taxes, duty, and brokerage are your responsibility.
