Satisfaction Guarantee

At Fluance, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Order our products and try them for 30 days and if you are not satisfied with our product(s) for any reason you may send them back for a refund on the cost of the speakers. This must be done within 30 days of receiving the speakers.

Warranties

All Fluance products offered at Fluance.com - excluding Fluance powered subwoofers - come with a complete lifetime parts and labor manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to warranty documentation included inside product packaging for complete details. Products returned to Fluance.com for warranty service must be shipped prepaid. Fluance will return serviced products under the warranty prepaid to the customer.

Shipping

Fluance.com used UPS carrier service exclusively for orders. Orders for products placed before 12:00pm (EST) will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS ground, or UPS standard services. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or pick-up) and deliveries will require signature for release.
