Excellent Turntable 3 people found this helpfulI bought the Fluance RT85 to replace my 45 year old belt drive AC motor 6300 Marantz a year ago. It has exceded my expectations. I've been playing vinyl since I was a kid in the 60's Alvin and the chipmunks lol. 78's and 45's on a old mono turntable kit that my father built (steel needle). He also built the Logan kit amp. Played Black Sabath Master of reality cranked and finally fried it They moved on to a Noresco Quad amp with a Dual Turntable in the 70's. The party was at my parents house! Listened to all kinds of others but I settled down with the Fluance and real happy with the Ortofon Blue. My vintage and new vinyl sound great. New highs and lows that sound clearer than ever before. I recently bought the Fluance silicon mat and glad I did. I recommend it to stop the slipping when doing a pre-play light damp dusting. Worth mentioning give the mat a damp wipe before installing on the acrylic platter to discharge static after removing from the packaging. Definately a happy camper and say bite the bullet and go for it if you're in the market for an Audiophile grade turntable without breaking the bank.

Perfection 3 people found this helpfulThis turn table is perfect. Sounds as great as it looks. I honestly can't imagine a more expensive table sounding any better. I love that it came with the all the setup accessories like the level, quality cables and gloves (a larger size would be nice though). Even the cartridge was perfectly aligned right out of the box.

Best I've ever owned! 1 people found this helpfulBought an RT85 in December 2022, so a little more than a year now. Love it! Awesome upgrade from an Audio Technica.

Love my RT85 1 people found this helpfulI’ve had the table now for almost 5 months, and am very pleased for the price. The table is easy to assemble, plays consistently, and looks great. The only issue I can report is that over time my cue lever raised itself up in very slow increments. But there is a screw and just required a simple adjustment. I upgraded to an AT VM540ML cartridge and this combined with my amp, speakers and sub combo I’m set. Now my money goes to buying Vinyl. If this is your price range,, buy it. You won’t be disappointed.
