Music Revival 1 people found this helpfulLast had a turntable 30 years ago. It died. CDs took over. Had a big urge to get back to analogue sound July 23. Searched the internet and first thing to come up was Fluance. Never of them, but the turntable and powered floor speakers looked good visually and the specs. And reasonably priced. Bought the 85N and powered floor speakers. Shipping to Tasmania was very reasonable. Since have back filled many of the vinyl records I abandoned when moving 20 years ago with mint or near mint originals and brand new I used think I’d like but never bought. The sound out of the Nagaoka 110 is excellent. Even so I’m ( hopefully) upgrading to the Nagaoka mp200 soon. Floor speakers produce a far better sound than my system of 30 years ago. Highly recommend the Fluance turntable and powered speakers.

Outstanding Customer Service 2 people found this helpfulMy RT85N's cartridge had a collapsed cantilever suspension right out of the box. The back of the cartridge would drag along the record during play. I contacted Fluance and they sent me another Nagaoka cartridge right away and at no cost, this time with no issue whatsoever. Outstanding customer service and the best turntable I have ever owned.

Joe in Lake Helen 4 people found this helpfulHave now had my new RT85N and I'm completely over the moon on the quality and performance of this turntable. From beginning of the ordering process to the set up Fluance has done a stunningly superb job with customer service. When I received the turn table last week I experienced some personal difficulty setting up the counter weight of the tonearm. Immediately called you customer service line and was patiently and professionally corrected as to the proper procedural path by both a wonderful young woman and an additional technician named Brent. I'm an old man in my seventies and have not owned a new turntable since well, the 70's My old turntable from that Era was a Technics direct drive. I never thought I could get that sound again unless I spent a fortune. I think I can say without reservation that the RT85N delivers high end audio quality reasonable price without sacrificing sound or quality.

Great especially for the price 0 people found this helpfulThis turntable sounds great and is beautiful as well. If you don't have a phono preamp or your receiver doesn't have one you will have to buy one. I recommend getting one because most receiver phono stages are trash. This turntable sounds amazing and if you need anything from Fluance. Their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend
