RT80 0 people found this helpfulReceived my RT80 on March 26, 2024. Assembled and played a record. It sounded wonderful, but halfway through the record it began replaying a one second passage over and over. I called support, and they gave me generic advise like "clean the record and stylus" which did nothing. Then Anton contacted me and gave me tips. They also were ineffective, but they caused me to look more closely at the problem. Turns out, the que mechanism held the tone arm a bit while still on the record. Anton then gave me a way to lower the que, so that solved the problem. Fluance was very responsive in solving my problem, and I've been a happy listener ever since!

THE brand to get! 0 people found this helpfulI love this record player for the price. It's a quality product that looks and feels professional. The sound is very crisp and clear. And the coolest part is that you can upgrade almost every one of it's features down the road if you so desire to!

An old school charmer at a great price 0 people found this helpfulI loved how easy the setup was, how quickly it worked, and how solid the quality is for the price. I am a Thorens person (bought one used for a steal in the 90s) but my Thorens mk II electrical doesn't work in the USA and I couldn't afford an audiophile setup. This felt like the right move for me. The customer support was pretty great, too, so far. The only small thing... the spirit level didn't show up in the box. I don't know if I can just use my own, or if it has to be one specifically for turntables.
