A ripe bright yellow lemon! It may look nice but what is the point if it doesn't work? I read another buyer's review with the same problem highly defective product -- hit or miss if it works or not. The arm would not balance no matter what I did. I watched the video I even called the Fluance customer service and the guy walked me through the steps with the same result it would not balance. Not only that but he asked for my cell phone number then put me on hold never picked back up and when I called back he screened my number and wouldn't answer.. ha! A rotten trick! Save your money a headache and your wasted time unless you're lucky with one that works. Never again for me with this brand. - Verified Store
