One of the most amazing decks I’ve seen. Build quality is fantastic. Sound quality rivals decks three or four times the price. But the customer service here far exceeded my expectations. From placing the order with Julie to working out a problem which turned out to be on my end with Sean, just an amazing company. You can build a great product but without a great service team to help your customers you fall short. Fluance does both in spectacular fashion.
