The RT83 is a very good turntable! Playback is quiet, unit seems good quality. Two drawback is that the finish has light scratches and the clip that holds the tonearm in place scratches it when un-clipping . Changed the mat for a music hall cork decoupling cork mat which improved the experience. Overall very pleased with purchase!
