I purchased my RT-83 about 6 months ago, and I've had a chance to evaluate it thoroughly. I wrote a review of this turntable shortly after it arrived. I am still amazed by how quiet this turntable sounds when idling. I've used the Ortofon 2M, and it is a very good cartridge. I've also had a chance to mount my Shure V15-IV cartridge. It tracks very well with the RT-83 tonearm.
So far, I have no complaints or regrets. Great job Fluance!
