First shipment was damaged by carrier. Fluance quickly handled the issue and I received my replacement within a week after returning damaged turntable. Replacement was perfect. Love the walnut finish, and the overall performance of the turntable. I especially like the automatic off. I have been playing my vinyls from three generations. Sound great, and better than ever as to enjoyment. Plan to buy a few new ones. Julie made the whole process smooth and professional. Listening to James Gang on the RT82 while writing this.
