The turntable is beautiful. I bought the RT-82 and the build quality is great. The Customer Service I received from Charles was outstanding! Even though the Ortofon OM-10 that came pre aligned with the turntable sounds amazing, I like the fact that I'm able to easily switch cartridges, highly recommended if you're looking for an entry level turntable that doesn't look or perform like an entry level turntable...I love it!
