I had been planning on upgrading my previous turntable for several months. I had been looking for something in the $100-$300 range and came across a CNET review of the best turntables under $300. The RT82 was their top pick. I continued researching and everything pointed to a Fluance turntable. I went with the RT82 and don't regret it one bit. It's a beautiful sounding - and looking - set-up. Definitely loving it so far and will look at Fluance products again if I decide to upgrade in the future.
