Product, shipping, support, everything was perfect.
I am very satisfied with the quality of my RT81 Bundle.
The Turntable is a master piece, beautiful shiny, silent and very solid.
The quality is amazing and it is worth every penny.
The instructions for the setup are simple and easy to follow. I could set it up in less then 15 minutes.
I am very happy with everything and amazed with the fact that every new vinyl I play the sound quality gets better and better.
I could finally retire my old Philips turntable from the 70’s.
Another thing that makes me very exited is the fact that all replacement parts (when needed) are available at a very reasonable price, which gives me piece of mind even if something goes wrong down the road.
Congratulations for the amazing job Fluance, you made a simple purchase to become an amazing journey through the world of music, more specifically vinyl.
I am an amateur vinyl listener and take things not too serious but this turntable is serious business and I feel like an audiophile (even not being one).
