Customer Service was amazing. I purchased the RT82 in Walnut. The next day I got a call saying it was out of stock. Instead of leaving it there and forcing me to get the black version they gave me an upgrade to the RT83 at no extra cost. LOVE the turntable. It was easy to set up and it sounded beautiful.
