I spent months researching turntables and finally settled on the Fluance RT81 because of:
1) the specifications, features, and price, which meet or exceeded all my requirements, and
2) the consistent high marks it got from reviewers, who confirmed Fluance's claims.
The RT-81 performs flawlessly, and is a beautiful piece of quality workman's. I look forward someday to upgrading to the RT-84 or 85, and will definitely stick with Fluance.
