It's the first new turntable I buy, always had used ones for the last 20 years. Only the last couple of years I started to care about the sound, buying better cartridge, etc., so I decided to "spoil" myself and bought this RT85 since I read all these great reviews. It's been about 2 weeks now and I'm not disappointed - everything you read about it is true. The only downside, and you can read it somewhere, is the dust cover scratch very easily. Does that worth to give a 4 star instead of 5? Nope, because all in all, that's a great turntable with a great look! Waiting a little bit more to break-in the Ortofon Blue to compare with my Nagaoka MP-110 and Denon DL-110.
