I received my purchase in a very timely manner. No problems at all. I bought it as a gift for my husband who has a pretty good selection of jazz albums. He has been playing them and they sound really nice. It is some "crackling" when he plays the albums, but he says that makes it sound authentic. I also love the way it sounds. I will be looking to purchase some other albums. But if you can tell me how to reduce the "crackling" sound that would be a big help.
