Updating my review for two reasons--one, I've had this for less than two months, and the Fluance letters are all coming off, and the the whole thing is just cheaply made. They are killing it on profit margin. Two, I was solicited via email--write a review, get $25 off my next purchase. Posted a review 7/21--no response, no discount. When I emailed about it, it was read and ignored. Poor product, poor service, won't use again.
