When I was searching for a budget speaker system, the high sound quality wasn't my priority but the new Fluance Reference speaker sound quality exceeds my expectations. You need to listen to the acoustic quality of this speaker set. It is very sweet and powerful. I was also lucky to purchase this speaker during the promotion and I got a free 12' subwoofer. I love my 5.2.2 setup and indeed the entire family is relieved of COVID-19 stress.
Another thing that I cherished most was the customer support. The order came with a missing floorstanding tower speaker. I contacted Fluance customer care and the support was exceptional. I must confess, this is the best support I have ever had in Canada. Thank you Julie for the exceptional job.
