Absolutely must buy!!! This is my third record player and hands down top of my list for the price point. I had an unfortunate issue during shipping to Japan but customer service took care of me and immediately sent out the faulty piece. Once I plugged everything up initially sound was only coming out of the right speaker. After going to Fluance support site I noticed the tonearm needed to be rebalanced. After that it was smooth sailing. GREAT PRODUCT FLUANCE!!!! Only downside is I had to pair with the Kanto YU4 bookshelf speakers since Fluance is out of stock.
