I think these speakers sound (and look) fantastic. I have them hooked up to my (sorta old) Sony surround sound receiver and love what it has added to my new home theater. Note: I'm not an audiophile by any stretch -- just an average guy that loves watching movies at a pretty good volume and listing to music and these speakers definitely fit the bill and didn't break the bank! Highly recommend!
