Purchased for my 14-year son, to replace a less well-made turntable that he received as a gift and that stopped working after about three months. This is a real turntable that offers a lot for the money. Music is very important to us as a family, and I get a huge kick out of the fact that my son likes vinyl, which is what I grew up with. He should have good equipment like this.
