Great Bass 0 people found this helpfulI purchased the about two years ago. Yesterday I was testing out my main AF system by playing Bach’sToccata and Fugue in D Minor. That system has a powered sub and is part of a 7.1 system. Then I thought it would be interesting to see what it sounds like on my Fluance speakers. They are part of a separate system which is in the master bed room. The room is about 15 ft by 20 ft with a 10 foot celling. I am running a Yamaha Stereo receiver (120W) and Yamaha CD played. It sounded great. The bass was so good I was actually able to shake the windows! These speakers are just great.

Beautiful affordable speakers 0 people found this helpfulI replaced my Energy XL25 floor standing speakers with these. I was skeptical at first before purchasing because the price was just so darn low for a decent quality pair of speakers. My Pioneer receiver is only pushing 80 watts to each channel so I'm on the lower end of the spectrum here but for now it works until I upgrade to more watts per channel. These are much larger than my little Energy's and the sound is very impressive. The cabinets are well done making them look more like 1k and up each instead of 250. The down firing subs can get a bit boomy but hey, I'm not really complaining much here because every thing else is great all the way down to the heavy gauge binding post. You really cannot go wrong here for the price. 4.5 to 5 stars easily. - Verified Store
