Particularly with the turntable, after several spins, slowing down and playing at a slow, strange sounding speed. Well I was right to worry. After playing 3 records it happened. Having read how so many other buyers have this problem, I'm not impressed. This is ridiculous. - Verified Store

Motor malfunctioned in less than one week. 0 people found this helpfulI really wanted to like this turntable. I did a great deal of research and thought this would be a quality product. For many people it sounds like it is. For me, however, the motor driving the belt malfunctioned after having the turntable for less than one week. This resulted in slow, inconsistent speed and poor, extremely pitchy audio output. Fluance's technical support team was fantastic in trying to remedy the situation, but in the end concluded that the motor needed to be replaced. A two-week plus repair process for a less than one-week old product seemed unreasonable to me. I returned to Amazon and will go with something else. Again, my experience appears to be different than many here, but for those with negative reviews, the belt motor seems to be a common issue. - Verified Store

Beautiful but Flawed 0 people found this helpfulFirst impression on opening this turntable was how great it looked and felt. The weight and finish are fantastic for the price point. The setup was super easy as well. However, looks and easy setup were the only positives. As another review shared, this has a terrible hum from the headshell to the point it distorted whatever was played. After attempting new cables and rebalancing the tone arm, the hum is still there. Unfortunately, this turntable is being returned and another Fluance device will not be purchased. It truly is a shame since there are plenty of positive reviews, but quality assurance seems to be flaky from this company. - Verified Store
