Best turntable for the money 0 people found this helpfulFor an audiophile hifi system under $400 this is a steal. Get one. I have the one in white and it's very cute. Very good build quality. If anything I would've gotten the rt85 just for the 2mblue. But the 2mred is VERY good. Very versatile.

So far, it is what I expected from Fluance: well-built, excellent packaging for shipment, detailed manual. I'm a very picky engineer and do see a few nits here and there, but for the price it is a wonderful product.

Perfect Beginner Turntable 0 people found this helpfulPrevious to owning the Fluance RT83, I owned an all-in-one turntable from the 70s. I noticed that playback on the unit was good for my beginner listening on vinyl, but after quite a while I noticed issues: records were skipping, some nearly every few seconds, the sound wasn't quite good, and my overall listening experience was tainted by this. I was able to get my hands on the RT83 and now after nearly two years of listening with it I don't have anything but positivity to come back with. This table seems to be the perfect fit for anyone trying to seriously start a path into the vinyl hobby. A sleek and elegant look mixed with a nice cartridge to start off with really leaves a great impression on listeners. Overall, I have nothing but nice things to say about the RT83 and the Fluance brand as a whole. Highly, highly recommended!!
