So far, I am very impressed with the RT-82. It arrived nicely boxed and set up was simple and quick. My first test was a half-speed master disc of the original Boston. The sound was nice and clear with no distortion nor feedback. The sound of pure music from vinyl reminds of what music should sound like with no compression or enhancements.
-
After winding up with my late Mother-In-Laws LP collection, I decided to purchase the RT-82. It was easy to set-up and it has been quite rewarding reliving my wife's families past experiences with vinyl records. My wife and I have begun to add our own records to the collection and very much enjoy the entire experience.

Awesome piece of equipment. It's like a piece of art. Very happy with the appearance, performance. Well worth the wait.

Wanted to upgrade to a nicer unit as I grew more serious about my collection and I’m so glad I did! Everything about the unit came pristine, including white gloves for the set up process. Set up took about 30 minutes and was simple as long as you follow along with the directions. They also have a YouTube version of instructions if you’re more of a visual person.
Sound quality, overall appearance, satisfaction all 10/10. It seems durable I like the heavier feel of the wooden base. It looks sleek and classy. I am loving this new addition. -
Beautiful, well thought out turntable. Hooked it up to a small phone preamp and connected it to my Google Home speakers. Sounds great?
-
Fantastic product. Looks and performs wonderfully

Very happy with my purchase. I considered the RT85, just for the acrylic platter. I have several ortofon om20 stylus so I wanted the om10 cartridge. Also, the RT82 has a tonearm with a significantly lower effective mass. I feel that the RT82 with upgraded acrylic platter is a better setup and $100 cheaper. I just wish they gave the option to swap out the old platter for a small discount, because now I have an aluminum platter I have no use for. My only gripe about the turntable is the dustcover, it's definitely on the cheap side, but not a big deal overall.

I've been looking to upgrade my turntable as my collection of MOFI vinyl has increased and i really wanted to experience the best sound i could afford. This is a great quality product for less than $300 and the sound from my Klipsch system is amazing. I will be adding the PA 10 preamp to my system for additional power to turn up the volume....
-
Great product ! I will recommand it all the way.
-
Love it! Best purchase I could’ve made. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow as well.
-
This turntable is amazing! I love my RT82 paired with my receiver and my klipsch speakers. The setup sounds amazing!
-
Great turntable. Played well, and it is gorgeous. However, this is the third review I have sent to Fluance, and so far no notice about the advertised 25% off.
Get the turntable, and enjoy it, but be aware that Fluance's customer service experience is not as great as the turntable itself. -
This turntable is in a word, "terrific". I love its look and the way it works so easily. My wife say's it's "beautiful" too. I agree. It's as pretty as it is functional. She agrees it look great out in the open.
-
Blown away with my older DGG and Phillips, such clean sound. Saint Saens Organ Concerto WOW, installation was easy and straight forward
-
I did constant research before making my purchase for the RT82 versus other competitors. So far, I am enjoying my first turntable! I am content with the packaging, quality and company as of now.
